Arranging a floral curtain, which can be regarded as a contemporary still life. The attempt to explore the connection to the ancient in contemporary art. Strawling through Italian gardens, finding an idyll, which is not located in a specific place and can hence be found everywhere.
JARDIN PERDU was created during the Artist in Residence stay, funded by the Region of Upper Austria, in Paliano near Rome. A place with uncountable burgeoning flowers.
